Mike Hanna is a:

•Avid hunter and sportsman who is a member of Unified Sportsmen of PA
During his time serving as representative Mike has consistently championed economic opportunity, public education, fiscal responsibility, and protecting our natural resources. He served 4 years as Chairman of the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, serves on the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Governing Board, and is one of 5 voting members on the House Bipartisan Management Committee.
An active member of our community, Mike is a member of the Centre County Chamber of Business and Industry, the Clinton County Economic Partnership, the Kettle Creek Watershed Association, the Western Clinton County Sportsman club and is a former member of the Lock Haven Board of Trustees.
After International Paper closed their Lock Haven facility in 1999, Mike worked with First Quality Tissue to purchase and develop the site, which now employs over 3,000 workers. In Centre County, he worked with the governor at the time to bring hundreds of jobs to SCI Benner and the Benner Industrial Park.
